MEET JOEL

Joel has spent years working to make The Colony a better place. He was instrumental in the development of Grandscape, has been a strong proponent of our fire and police departments, and has dedicated his time to serving on the Parks & Recreation Board and the Board of Adjustment and Appeals before joining City Council.

Today, Joel proudly serves as Mayor Pro Tem, bringing experience, knowledge, and a deep understanding of our city to the decisions that shape The Colony’s future.

With decades of experience and a proven commitment to our community, Joel is ready to keep working for the residents of The Colony.
